As the firm grew, so did its clarity. In 2025, it became Ledger Room: a full-service accounting studio built to hold what matters.
Rachel remains at the heart of the studio’s philosophy—presence over performance, clarity over chaos. She brings experience, calm, and care to every relationship, helping clients not only understand their financials, but move through them with confidence.
The Story

What began as The Accounting Initiative in 2022 was born from Rachel Hallien’s desire to bring clarity, order, and care to the business owners navigating real-world decisions. Rooted in financial expertise and led by a belief that numbers are deeply human, the studio quickly grew—expanding its services, sharpening its approach, and reaching beyond transactional accounting.
By 2025, a name change became necessary. Ledger Room was more than a rebrand—it was a reflection of what the company had already become: a thoughtful financial studio where business strategy meets emotional intelligence. The shift from The Accounting Initiative to Ledger Room marked a move from personal brand to shared space—a studio that invites clients into clarity, alignment, and forward momentum.
